Qualifications

• Experience in data center operations, technical support, and/or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of power, cooling, cabling and connectivity.
• Understanding of network architecture and cloud concepts (OCI).
• Experience documenting technical procedures and standards for technical audiences.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain runbooks, knowledge articles, and engineering documentation for Data Center Operations.
• Translate complex concepts into clear documentation for global audiences.
• Identify gaps in workflows and standardize processes for scalability.
• Design new operational processes to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and SMEs to capture knowledge and convert it into procedures.
• Establish documentation standards and governance for accuracy and long‑term maintainability.
