Job summary

Analysis Group, a leading international economics consulting firm, seeks a Network and Data Center Manager to oversee our global infrastructure. You will lead the Network and Infrastructure Systems Engineering teams, design and maintain the firm’s network, servers, storage, virtualization, backup, and data center environments, and drive reliability, security, and scale.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong VMware/Dell/Pure Storage experience, collaboration with Information Security,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years substantive relevant work experience; 10-15 years preferred.
• Experience leading technical infrastructure teams and mentoring staff.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, servers, storage, virtualization, backup, and data center technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Network and Infrastructure Systems Engineering teams with technical leadership and performance management.
• Oversee design, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of network, server, storage, virtualization, backup, and data center infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership for Cisco enterprise networking technologies and related infrastructure.
• Manage Dell server infrastructure, storage, virtualization platforms including VMware, and Pure Storage technologies.
• Develop, maintain, test disaster recovery processes for critical systems.
• Collaborate with Information Security to manage security, patches, access rules, and vulnerability remediation.
