Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions in Sandusky, OH seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale data center and mission-critical electrical construction projects. You will drive delivery from preconstruction through completion, coordinating with field teams, engineering, and clients.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of electrical construction PM experience, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and a proven ability to manage complex programs on time and within budget while maintaining

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience managing large, complex electrical construction projects.
• Data center, mission-critical, industrial, or similarly complex electrical construction experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, drawings, specifications, and project sequencing.
• Strong financial management, forecasting, scheduling, and cost-control skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, schedule-driven construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale data center and mission-critical electrical construction projects through all phases.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Monitor project financial performance, labor productivity, and overall profitability.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field leadership to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage procurement, material planning, subcontractors, and project documentation.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Manage owner and general contractor communications and project reporting.
• Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions to maintain schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with engineering, commissioning teams, vendors, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Support testing, commissioning, startup, punch-list, and project closeout activities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, general contractors, engineers, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards.
