Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction field leadership experience.
• Experience as Electrical Superintendent or General Foreman on large, complex projects.
• Data center, mission-critical, industrial experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, specifications, and sequencing.
• Ability to lead field teams and coordinate multiple scopes of work.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations for large-scale data center and mission-critical projects.
• Supervise electrical foremen, field crews, subcontractors, and project personnel.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and installation to maintain schedules.
• Review drawings, specs, schedules, and installation requirements.
• Coordinate with PMs, General Superintendents, general contractors, owners, and other trades.
• Monitor productivity, milestones, labor performance, and progress.
• Ensure installations meet specifications, quality, and codes.
• Develop and manage short-term and look-ahead schedules.
• Identify field conflicts and schedule impacts.
• Support commissioning, testing, startup, punch-list, and closeout.
• Maintain safety culture and compliance.
