Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead data center and mission-critical electrical construction projects in Sandusky, OH. You will drive the project from preconstruction through completion, managing schedules, budgets, and client communications.

The role requires 5+ years in electrical construction project management, strong financial and scheduling skills, and a track record with complex, data-center type facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience managing large, complex electrical construction projects.
• Data center / mission-critical or similar complex projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, drawings, specifications, and sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale data center and mission-critical electrical projects through all phases.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Monitor financial performance, labor productivity, and profitability.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and field leadership for project execution.
• Manage procurement, materials, subcontractors, and documentation.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Manage owner and general contractor communications and project reporting.
• Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions to maintain schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with engineering, commissioning teams, vendors, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Support testing, commissioning, startup, punch-list and closeout activities.
• Build relationships with clients, general contractors, engineers, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards.

Project Manager (Data Center / Mission Critical) – Sandusky, OH

Elite Executive Solutions is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale data center and mission-critical electrical construction projects in Sandusky, Ohio.

This opportunity is ideal for a motivated electrical construction professional who enjoys managing technically complex projects, leading project teams, building strong client relationships, and delivering successful projects from preconstruction through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale data center and mission-critical electrical construction projects through all phases.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Monitor project financial performance, labor productivity, and overall profitability.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field leadership to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage procurement, material planning, subcontractors, and project documentation.

• Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, drawings, specifications, and project sequencing.
• Strong financial management, forecasting, scheduling, and cost-control skills.
• Experience managing project teams, subcontractors, procurement, and client relationships.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, schedule-driven construction environment.
