Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering is required.
• 7+ years of construction operations experience in data center, distribution center or light industrial projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety compliance and quality programs on the project site.
• Participate in bidding and pre-construction services.
• Represent the team as the client’s primary contact and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Manage performance of on-site professional staff and craft leaders.
