Job summary

Faith Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager (Mech) to lead onsite planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical systems for large-scale data center projects.

You will manage piping, cooling, ductwork and related infrastructure to deliver on schedule, within budget, and per contract requirements, with roughly 50% travel and a standard Monday–Friday schedule.

You’ll collaborate with design and field teams to meet schedules, budgets and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience managing mechanical scopes on large-scale projects.
• Experience with mission-critical or data center projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, chilled water, and data center cooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of mechanical scope from pre-site to turnover.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and construction teams for seamless execution.
• Manage schedules, milestones, and budgets to meet data center timelines.
• Ensure mechanical systems align with design intent and owner requirements.
