Job summary

Pkaza Data Center Recruiting seeks a Lead Mechanical Engineer to drive the design of critical HVAC and mechanical systems for data centers. You will manage a design team, act as Engineer of Record on select projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The role requires extensive experience in data center facilities, code compliance, and hands-on leadership from concept through occupancy.

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of mechanical engineering experience in data centers.
• Licensed PE / EIT a huge plus; consulting firm experience required.
• Experience with hyperscale / colocation data center design and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio of data center design projects from concept to construction.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
• Review drawings and equipment submittals for critical systems.
• Coordinate design with architects, contractors, and trades.
