This role can be on-site or hybrid and will guide a team of infrastructure professionals, ensuring high availability, security, and cost optimization while aligning with IT objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise data center or infrastructure operations.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams.
• Experience in regulated enterprise environments and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for enterprise data center environment with high availability and security.
• Lead and develop a team responsible for compute, storage, backup, DR, and data center ops.
• Execute capacity planning to ensure scalability and business continuity.
• Drive the operational roadmap and governance for infrastructure platforms.
• Oversee incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management.
• Manage vendor relationships and hardware lifecycle management.
