You will perform rack-and-stack, cabling, troubleshooting, and infrastructure deployment activities, partner with cross-functional teams, and uphold ITSM

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise data centers or engineering labs.
• Hands‑on expertise with compute, storage, networking, and physical data center infra.
• Proven track record leading migrations, deployments, or major hardware installs.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, cabling, optics, and firmware.
• Ability to interpret rack elevations, network diagrams, and infra docs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior onsite technical lead for Engineering Technical Operations in Norman, OK.
• Perform hands-on installation, rack-and-stack, cabling, relocation, and decommissioning of infra.
• Lead onsite data center migrations, deployments, lab expansions, and consolidations.
• Coordinate work across onsite engineers, vendors, facilities, and remote teams.
• Mentor onsite staff and provide technical direction.
• Troubleshoot server, storage, network, power, cabling, and firmware issues.
• Support BMC/iLO/iDRAC, firmware updates, and remote hands requests.
• Review plans, validate rack space, power, and deployment readiness.
• Maintain asset records, rack elevations, and documentation; follow ITSM processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners globally.
