Job summary

Hitachi Vantara in Norman, Oklahoma is expanding its Engineering Data Center Lab and seeks an experienced Data Center Infrastructure Engineer to provide hands-on support for compute, storage, networking, and rack hardware.

You will deploy, migrate, troubleshoot, maintain, and manage lifecycle of data center infrastructure for global engineering and product teams, with opportunities to work across disciplines and support planned maintenance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise data centers or engineering labs.
• Strong hands-on experience with compute, storage, networking, and data center infrastructure.
• Experience with hardware migrations, deployments, relocations, or consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Install, rack, cable, relocate, troubleshoot, and decommission data center equipment.
• Support hardware migrations and lab expansions.
• Execute approved infrastructure changes and maintain documentation.
