Job summary

Bold New Solutions - BNS Power in Hillsboro, OR seeks an experienced DC Infrastructure Technician III / Lead to own planning, execution, and delivery of complex data center projects. You will provide hands-on leadership, drive safety and quality, and escalate technical issues for enterprise and hyperscale environments.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end deployments, mentoring technicians, coordinating teams and vendors, and improving processes.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in data center, telecom, or critical IT infra environments.
• US Passport required.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
• Experience leading technical teams on complex infra projects.
• Expert-level knowledge of data center infrastructure, cabling, power & network hardware.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to interpret complex documentation and work independently in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical execution of large-scale infra deployments, migrations, and retrofits.
• Develop and maintain detailed execution plans, resources, and sequencing.
• Direct and coordinate Technicians I/II, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Identify risks and communicate mitigation strategies to PMs and stakeholders.
• Serve as senior escalation point for troubleshooting across projects.
• Oversee installations: cabling, PDUs, racks, and network gear; ensure quality standards.
