Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/EE or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of hands-on data center operations or infrastructure roles.
Strong knowledge of server platforms (x86), storage, and networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage, networking equipment, and related data center hardware.
Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs; coordinate RMAs and vendor support.
Monitor environmental conditions (power, cooling, humidity, airflow) and respond to alerts.
Support capacity planning, inventory management, and infrastructure expansion projects.
Execute cabling, rack-and-stack, and physical installation following best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver projects on time.
Maintain documentation of configurations, inventory, procedures, and changes.
