Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of data center or comparable enterprise infrastructure engineering experience.
• Education substitutions (Master's ~2 years, PhD ~5 years) available per Peraton framework.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and support data center infrastructure across compute, racks, power, cooling, cabling, capacity, and equipment deployments.
• Contribute to site assessments and produce Site Visit / Assessment Reports for VA facilities.
• Support design reviews, from conceptual through issued-for-construction, and respond to VA comments within committed turn times.
• Maintain configuration management materials — cable schedules, rack elevations, floor plans, labeling matrices — for supported facilities.
