Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate large data center projects in Temple, TX. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and documentation, coordinating design, construction and commissioning activities to meet quality standards.

The role requires 4+ years in project management, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong MS Project, Excel and CAD/Visio skills. Occasional travel may be required to support field activities and customer interfaces.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate project meetings with design, construction and commissioning firms.
• Manage budgets and schedules.
• Feasibility studies and cash flow management.
• On site management of data center projects.
• Interaction with power and fiber companies.
• Executive level reporting.
• Interface with customers to ensure critical infrastructure integrity.
• Interface with internal operations team.
