Vertical Mechanical Group is seeking a Senior Data Center Estimator to lead large-scale mechanical estimates for hyperscale data centers and mission-critical facilities. The role covers budgeting, design development, and competitive pricing across design-build, GMP, and negotiated contracts.

Join VMG’s Preconstruction team to collaborate with engineering, VDC, and operations while developing value-driven strategies and strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of mechanical estimating experience.
• 5+ years estimating data center or mission-critical projects.
• Experience with HVAC, piping, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed mechanical estimates for large data center projects.
• Manage estimates from budgeting through final proposal.
• Develop pricing for design-build, GMP, and negotiated work.
