Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal Engineering Project Manager to lead engineering projects, develop detailed proposals with technical teams, and manage all aspects of project execution including schedules, risk and financial health.

You will drive client satisfaction through clear communication, high-quality deliverables, and strong relationship-building while overseeing engineers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or PMP Certification with 10 years in engineering consulting, project management or data centers
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a PM or engineer with an engineering consulting firm doing data center projects
• Experience with hyperscale data centers and proposal development

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects and manage schedules, risk, and financial health
• Develop detailed proposals with technical teams and manage client relationships
• Oversee engineers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure quality delivery
• Travel to client facilities as needed (10–15% of the time)
