Qualifications

• 3+ years of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel experience.
• Experience reading and writing procedures, technical documents, and engineering drawings.
• 3+ years of electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance experience

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for facilities issues and oversee routine and emergency services on critical systems.
• Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures and troubleshoot within SLAs.
• Provide training to Engineering Operations Technicians and collaborate with Facility Manager to set team culture.
• Create and deploy standard practices for Engineering Operations and vendor support teams.
• Assist in building out new facilities and improve current facility efficiency.
• Work outside normal hours for routine maintenance and respond to emergencies.
• Communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Coordinate with IT managers and business leaders to optimize safety, performance and capacity.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed by vendors and staff.
• Establish building performance benchmarks and prepare reports on operations and maintenance.
• Utilize MS Office tools to perform day-to-day tasks.
