Job summary

Etched, located in San Jose, is seeking a Data Center Engineer to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data center environments. You will be responsible for designing and deploying high-performance computing solutions, focusing on power distribution and networking architecture to facilitate dense AI inference workloads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data center engineering or operations experience.
• Experience managing high-density compute environments above 20 kW/rack.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and co-location facility documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own rack layout, capacity planning, and physical deployment of computing platforms.
• Manage power distribution and redundancy architectures.
• Collaborate with vendors to evaluate sites and negotiate contracts.
