Job summary

Google is seeking a Strategic Negotiator to lead energy supply formation and commercial structuring, including PPAs and microgrid agreements, to support infrastructure growth. You will manage vendor relationships, present deal recommendations to tech leadership, and help optimize operating costs across Google's data center portfolio.

You will work with project teams on negotiations, market analysis, and integration with energy and infrastructure executives to enable strategic decisions and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of energy project development, utility procurement, or finance/consulting experience.
• 10 years of experience developing/structuring PPAs for microgrids, BTM energy, gas turbines, BESS, fuel cell or geothermal energy.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex energy supply formation and commercial structuring with PPAs, microgrid agreements, and utility energy supply arrangements.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams: market analysis, economic modeling, risk assessment, and leadership alignment.
• Develop relationships with energy partners including IPPs, utilities, and energy stakeholders.
• Contribute to Google's data center portfolio through energy due diligence and project development.
