Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Data Center Energy Marshal to support energy isolation and commissioning for a major technology client in the Charlotte, NC area. The role ensures policy compliance, drives rigor in the energy isolation program, and coordinates across campus with the engineering team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Commercial Construction.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience in data center/hyperscaler environments.
• Experience with energy isolation and LOTO processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee energy isolation program compliance and establish acceptance criteria.
• Serve as Owner's Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Construction Manager and coordinate commissioning.
• Lead energy isolation incident investigations and high-risk activity planning.
• Ensure SOWs, SOPs and MOPs cover all energy sources and 100% LOTO effectiveness.
• Work with Engineering to implement central LOTO procedure and updates.
