Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a Data Center Energy Marshal to lead energy isolation compliance on campus construction projects. Daily on-site supervision, collaboration with trades, and coordination with the Authorizing Energy Marshal are core parts of the role.

You will be responsible for enforcing energy safety policies, managing lockout/tagout processes, and ensuring rigorous energy isolation practices across facilities. This role requires on-site presence and deep electrical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Electrical equipment and systems knowledge is required.
• Electrical distribution system knowledge essential.
• Electrical engineering or commissioning background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Energy Marshal ensures the Energy Isolation Program meets safety requirements on site.
• Oversees energy isolation management during construction and commissioning.
• Provides consistency and rigor in the energy isolation program across campuses/projects.
• Represents and oversees compliance of vendor support with the Energy Isolation Program.
