Insight Global is seeking a lead technician to manage a shift of 1–4 technicians in a 24/7/365 data center environment. The role focuses on maintaining reliability of critical infrastructure and coordinating maintenance and projects with vendors and internal teams.

The candidate should have 3+ years in data center operations or building engineering, with strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills, and experience with Visio/AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a small shift team (1–4 technicians).
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and critical infrastructure systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate 1–4 technicians during a shift, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
• Support operation and maintenance of critical infrastructure systems in a 24/7/365 data center.
• Monitor alarms, track work using CMMS, and ensure uptime of critical load.
