Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Florida seeks an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support a large-scale data center construction project. This is a full-time, site-based role in Indiantown, Florida, 45 minutes from West Palm Beach.

You will deliver cost management, estimating, quantity surveying, and commercial support through design to construction, with strong client-facing communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field and 5–7 years in cost management.
• RICS accreditation preferred.
• Experience leading cost management on medium/high complexity projects.
• Experience with data centre or mission-critical construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and negotiate cost changes across the project lifecycle.
• Develop and present final cost plans and budgets.
• Review design and GC estimates for accuracy.
• Coordinate cost information with suppliers, subs, and project team.
• Lead post-contract cost variances and change control processes.
• Produce monthly cost reports and ensure timely final accounts.
