Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support a large-scale data center construction project in Indiantown, Florida. The role requires strong cost management expertise and a collaborative approach to deliver best-in-class commercial management throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and knowledge of cost reporting, estimation, and procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant cost management experience on construction projects.
• RICS accreditation is valuable or working towards it.

Responsibilities

• Advise client on strategies and manage vendor prequalification and bid processes.
• Develop project estimates for construction, fees, and direct costs.
• Review cost reports, budgets, and forecasts with the client.
• Maintain commercial risk register and conduct post-contract reviews.
• Oversee final accounting, invoicing, and change order reviews.
