Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to manage cost services for a large-scale data center project near Louisville, Kentucky. This role requires strong cost management skills, including estimating and negotiating change orders, as well as mentoring team members.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. Knowledge of data centers or industrial projects is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in cost management for construction.
• RICS accredited or working toward certification is preferred.
• Experience with medium to large construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and negotiate change orders during construction.
• Provide cost planning and prepare cost reports.
