Job summary

Prime Data Centers in Denver seeks a Data Center Controls Engineer to lead controls design for large-scale hyperscaler projects, developing standards for BAS, BMS, EPMS, DCIM. You will collaborate with Construction, Procurement, and Operations to ensure cost-effective, sustainable designs.

Qualifications include a BS in Engineering, 3+ years in controls, Niagara 4 experience, and proficiency with Bluebeam/Procore/CxAlloy.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or equivalent; 3+ years in data center controls.
• Experience with Tridium Niagara 4 and BMS/EPMS systems.
• Drafting and maintaining engineering standards for controls.
• Knowledge of IBC/IMC and data center cooling fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain BAS/BMS/DCIM design standards.
• Develop specs, RFPs, and sequences for control systems.
• Lead Niagara 4 standards across projects.
• Validate consultant deliverables per standards.
• Coordinate with IT for secure network for controls.
• Support commissioning and MOP reviews.
