Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Superintendent for a massive datacenter retrofit project in Northern Virginia. The role is full-time and on-site for the entire duration, roughly 16 months to 2.5 years, leading a team including a Sr.

Super and assistants, with civil/structural supervision as needed. You will oversee subcontractors, walk the site to verify status, help resolve issues, and relay updates to internal leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a superintendent
• 7-15 years preferred as a target range
• Data center or mission-critical environment experience as a superintendent or foreman

Responsibilities

• On-site management of different subcontractors and coordination of activities
• Walk the jobsite to identify project status and assist in solving problems
• Provide updates to internal leadership on project progress
