Job summary

MGAC’s Critical Environments team leads data center and hospital construction projects, acting as owner’s representatives to resolve issues and guide decisions to keep work on track. You will independently manage full project scopes while mentoring teams and ensuring milestones.

We seek a seasoned Project Manager with 5+ years in construction PM, MEP experience, and strong communication skills. This on-site role in Ashville, OH offers growth within a boutique, globally connected firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management with understanding of the building design and construction process.
• MEP experience in ground-up construction is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects while simultaneously managing components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery planning.
• Achieve and maintain the client’s vision as a trusted partner.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with clients, A&E professionals, contractors/GCs, vendors, and other teams.
