Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Data Center Construction- Mid to Senior Project Manager to lead high-visibility data center projects in Ashville, OH. The role requires 5+ years in construction PM, with 2+ years in critical environments and MEP in ground-up builds.

You will mentor teams, manage budgets, and ensure the client’s vision is realized. This position is primarily onsite (4-5 days/week) with opportunities to drive complex programs across North America.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• 2+ years managing critical environment construction projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ambitious, PM-focused and seeking a modern, energetic firm.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full scope of projects while coordinating components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams, manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery.
• Maintain the client vision as a trusted partner.
