Job summary

Thor is seeking an experienced Data Center Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale data center construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning in Wisconsin. You will oversee safety, quality, budget, and schedule performance while coordinating with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale commercial or mission-critical construction projects.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, infrastructure, and commissioning processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of data center construction projects from design through close-out.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Coordinate between owners, GC, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality assurance throughout projects.
• Manage subcontractor performance, contracts, and change management.
• Track progress, forecast costs, and report to stakeholders.
• Lead commissioning activities for critical MEP systems.
• Conduct project meetings and mentor project teams.
