Job summary

Thor is seeking a Construction Commissioning Manager to lead commissioning across mechanical, electrical, and integrated building systems on a large hyperscale data center project in Missouri. The role requires ownership of commissioning from construction through to client handover, with a focus on safety, schedule, and quality.

You will coordinate with Construction, QA/QC, Engineering, Owners and Trade Partners to drive commissioning strategy, planning and execution throughout the project

Qualifications

• Previous Data Center construction experience is essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• As the Construction Commissioning Manager, you will lead and coordinate all commissioning activities across mechanical, electrical and integrated building systems, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
• Working alongside Construction, QA/QC, Engineering, Owners and Trade Partners, you will be responsible for driving commissioning strategy, planning and execution throughout the project lifecycle.
