Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil/structural/architectural or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project administration: RFIs, submittals, meeting notes.
• Manage schedule, budget reporting, monthly forecasts, EAC, and pay apps.
• Oversee procurement, material timelines, OFCI/CFCI, and preconstruction/buyout activities.
