Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Project Manager for the Critical Environments team in Indianapolis, IN with 4-5 onsite days per week. You will lead data center and hospital projects, act as owner’s representative, and guide decisions to keep projects on track.

We require 7+ years in construction project management, with a background in building design/construction, and experience in critical environments. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction project management with building design and construction.
• Experience managing critical environment projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP project management in ground-up construction preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full project scope and components.
• Mentor teams; manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery.
• Achieve and maintain the client’s vision as a trusted partner.
