Job summary

MGAC’s Critical Environments team is expanding and seeks a Project Manager to lead high-visibility data center and hospital projects in Indianapolis, IN. You will own full project scope, mentor teams, manage schedules and budgets, and collaborate with clients, A&E professionals, and contractors to keep programs on track.

With 7+ years in construction project management and a strong grasp of design and construction processes, you’ll drive risk mitigation, invoicing, and value realization while

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management with a thorough understanding of the building design and construction process.
• 5+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (e.g., data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP project management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects and components.
• Mentor and lead teams, manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery.
• Maintain client relationships and align with the client’s vision as a trusted partner.
