MGAC is seeking an Owners Representative/Project Manager to support local client projects in Indianapolis, IN, onsite 4–5 days a week. The role emphasizes solo ownership of challenging data center and hospital construction initiatives, coordinating rack deployment, low voltage work, and comprehensive project management activities.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in construction project delivery, experience with data center infra, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management or related experience.
• Experience with data center infrastructure and server deployment.
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent in construction discipline.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rack installation readiness and equipment deliveries.
• Monitor power, cooling, networking, and related dependencies.
• Lead owner’s representation to keep projects on track.
• Maintain documentation and report progress to owner and team.
