Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, with extensive leadership experience in data center or infrastructure construction.
• Proven track record managing complex construction projects with significant budgets and operations.
• Experience leading internal teams and external partners/vendors in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Deep knowledge of data center infrastructure systems and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and German (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of data center construction projects, delivering on schedule, within budget, and with uncompromising quality and safety.
• Lead cross-functional, internal and external project teams, including consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Drive standardized best practices and digital reporting frameworks to increase construction transparency and efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and clients to exceed expectations while aligning with strategic business objectives.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and contract negotiations to support growth.
• Foster a safety-first culture that upholds governance and compliance with construction standards and regulations.
• Inspire and develop high-performing teams through collaboration and accountability.
• Leverage market insights and trends to guide strategic decisions and promote innovation.
