Job summary

Meta is seeking a Construction Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale data center construction projects, spanning civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical scopes.

You will develop integrated project schedules, cost forecasts, and risk registers, and apply analytics-driven decision making to optimize schedules, cost performance, and contractor execution. You will ensure quality, safety, and constructability across sites and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end construction management for large-scale data center projects across civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical scopes, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, cost forecasts, and risk registers using construction analytics platforms and project controls methodologies.
• Establish and enforce QA/QC programs across general contractors, subcontractors, and specialty vendors on data center sites.
• Analyze construction performance data—earned value, schedule variance, and productivity metrics—to surface risks and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and commissioning teams to resolve field conflicts, review RFIs and submittals, and ensure constructability of data center systems.
• Oversee contractor performance, safety program adherence, and milestone accountability to deliver high-operational-readiness standards.
