Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in construction for data centers or large industrial projects, plus PMP/ CCM or PE certifications and a track record as Owner's Representative

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing mission-critical, data center, semiconductor or large industrial projects.
• 2 years of leadership or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/ore education.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities on hyperscale data center project.
• Develop and execute project delivery strategies with schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with client, vendors, and stakeholders and obtain permits.
• Monitor progress and ensure on-site work meets cost and schedule.
• Promote zero-incident safety culture on all activities.
