Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Data Center Construction Manager to lead hyperscale data center projects from North Las Vegas, NV. You will oversee pre-construction through turnover, aligning scope with schedule, budget and client requirements.

The role requires extensive experience in mission-critical facilities, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholders. On-site work with travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience managing mission-critical, data center, semiconductor or large industrial projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or related field; fifteen years in construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities on hyperscale data center project including pre-construction, design, construction phasing, closeout coordination, commissioning, facility start-up and testing, occupancy and warranty enforcement.
• Act as the primary construction interface with the client and coordinate with contractors, vendors and stakeholders.
• Ensure permits, safety, schedule and budget are aligned with contract documents and project controls.
