Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Data Center Construction Manager to lead hyperscale data center programs nationwide, based in North Las Vegas, NV. This on-site, full-time role drives complex scheduling, safety, and quality while coordinating with clients and contractors.

You will own delivery from pre-construction to startup, mentor project teams, and ensure cost, schedule and risk controls align with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience managing data center/industrial projects.
• Leadership experience of at least 2 years or equivalent.
• Experience in mission-critical construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities on hyperscale data center projects ensuring schedule and budget alignment.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and authorities to secure permits and approvals.
• Oversee commissioning, startup and operational readiness programs.
• Provide direction to project teams and ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Manage interfaces with General Contractors, EPCs, and project controls for cost/schedule reporting.
