AECOM is seeking a Senior Data Center Construction Manager for on-site work in Las Vegas, NV, with a focus on hyperscale projects. This role emphasizes leadership, safety culture, and delivering on schedule and budget with clients and vendors.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years in mission-critical construction, PMP/CCM/PE or equivalent credentials, and a proven track record in data center or large industrial programs. Relocation and sponsorship are not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience in mission-critical projects.
• Leadership or demonstrated equivalency of experience.
• Experience managing data center, semiconductor or large industrial projects.
• Preferred: Fifteen years in Construction; PMP/CCM/PE or equivalent.
• Owner’s Representative/Construction Manager background.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day hyperscale data center construction activities through pre-construction to turnover.
• Coordinate with Program Director to align delivery with schedule and budget.
• Interface with client, vendors, and stakeholders; secure permits.
• Ensure on-site work meets cost, schedule, and quality targets.
• Promote zero-incident safety culture and maintain client relationships.
