Amazon Data Services, Inc. is hiring a Sr. Construction Manager for Data Center Construction in Louisiana. You will own scope, schedule, cost, and quality for large-scale data center builds and lead multidisciplinary teams on site.

You will collaborate with Operations, Networking, Controls, and Security to deliver reliable facilities while upholding safety and energy efficiency. Strong leadership and negotiation skills are essential to drive projects from start to hand-off.

Competenze

• Data center delivery, design, commissioning and construction experience.
• Experience with large-scale electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience in construction program management of mega projects (on-site and preconstruction).
• Proven project controls skills: cost, schedule, and cost forecasting.

Mansioni

• Own scope, quality, schedule, and budget for data center builds.
• Oversee construction activities and manage GC relationships.
• Coordinate with Operations, Networking, Controls, Security, and Commissioning.
• Lead discipline teams in construction management, building services, electrical or mechanical.
• Interface with general contractors during bidding, awards, and closeout.
• Support commissioning, testing, and operations hand-off.
