Job summary

Suffolk Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent, Data Centers in Frederick, MD to lead field operations on critical data center projects. You will oversee safety, scope, scheduling, quality, and coordination with owners, architects, and trade partners to deliver turnkey results.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day activities, maintaining baseline schedules, leading safety programs, and driving continuous improvement across project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in applicable discipline and 8–12 years of construction experience.
• Experience on large, complex project types with strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage safety, scheduling, quality and subcontractor performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day job site activities and OSHA safety compliance.
• Direct field personnel per project plan and Suffolk supervisory principles.
• Communicate progress daily to the Project Manager and lead weekly schedule reviews.
• Maintain project baseline schedule and ensure work aligns with contract requirements.
• Lead safety, quality, and pre-construction meetings with stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractor performance and site documentation.
