Job summary

Suffolk is seeking an Assistant Superintendent for data center projects. You will plan and execute the construction program while upholding safety, quality, and schedule, coordinating with project teams across trades.

Your role includes supervising field personnel, maintaining documentation, and facilitating daily on-site operations. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 2+ years of related experience are preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and distribute construction documents to the project team (plans, specs, RFIs, bulletins, field reports).
• Manage layout and verify field dimensions for accuracy.
• Verify subcontractor layouts for line and grade compliance.
• Administer Quality Management Program inspections and document deficiencies.
• Monitor on-site progress to ensure compliance with contract documents.
