Job summary

STACK Infrastructure in the United States seeks a Director, Construction to lead large-scale data center builds from ground up, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will direct project execution, mentor regional teams, and align work with STACK's strategy, safety, and quality expectations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in data center or complex fast-track projects, proven client-facing leadership, and strong proficiency with project controls, Procore, Bluebeam, and BIM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is required.
• 10+ years of construction management experience on large-scale data center or complex fast-track projects.
• Strong client-facing experience with ability to influence outcomes and build relationships.
• Deep knowledge of contracts, schedules, budgets, payment applications, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage construction projects across the region, ensuring budgets, schedules, quality, and safety.
• Act as primary contact with general contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication.
• Review, track, and forecast project budgets, cost reports, and schedules; identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop regional project management staff to foster a high-performance culture.
• Partner with cross-functional STACK teams to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.
• Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to maintain delivery commitments.
• Prepare and present reports and analyses for senior leadership, clients, and partners.
