P&E Constructors, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the communications infrastructure scope for a major data center build in Haskell, TX. This role requires end‑to‑end accountability for scope, schedule, cost, safety, quality, and client satisfaction, across structured cabling, fiber optic, and low‑voltage systems.

You’ll manage project teams, coordinate with stakeholders nationwide, and ensure compliance with industry standards while delivering high‑quality results on complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years progressive construction project management experience on industrial/mission‑critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 scheduling and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation by reviewing contracts and scopes of work for communication systems.
• Direct project setup across COINs, Procore, Primavera P6, HSE, and Quality systems.
• Coordinate permits and regulatory requirements with local Texas authorities.
• Develop and approve staffing plans, PEP, WBS, and CBS.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings and commercial handover.
• Develop procurement strategies for communication infrastructure.
• Create site‑specific safety and quality plans and Baseline Schedules.
• Establish commercial controls including
• Oversee project meetings, RFIs, submittals, and change management.
• Monitor progress for cable trays and fiber backbone, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure safety and compliance with TIA‑942, BICSI, and ANSI/TIA standards.
