Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking a Sr. Commissioning Manager for the Data Center Market to lead commissioning efforts on large-scale data center projects. The role requires deep expertise with CxAlloy, extensive project management experience, and the ability to drive commissioning across multiple disciplines.

Significant travel is required to oversee on-site activities and coordinate with owners and partners. You will mentor junior staff, develop commissioning databases and plans, and work closely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Advanced experience with CxAlloy and scheduling applications.
• Willingness to travel 100%.
• Minimum of six years of commissioning and/or project management experience.
• Minimum of two years experience managing all disciplines for commissioning projects.
• At least three years experience setting up CxAlloy Commissioning databases and developing commissioning plans.
• Ability to mentor and train junior staff and manage relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Site Commissioning team and provide training.
• Establish commissioning scope, resources, timelines, and budgets with project leaders.
• Review Subcontractor A scope to ensure commissioning needs are met.
• Train site teams and trade partners in CxAlloy usage.
• Develop and approve commissioning plans and databases.
• Lead onsite commissioning meetings and prepare status reports.
• Ensure equipment and systems meet specifications and client needs.
