Job summary

PCL Construction is seeking a highly motivated Commissioning Manager in Denver, Colorado, to support a national data center business unit. The role requires 10+ years of construction experience, including mechanical and electrical expertise. Responsibilities include development of commissioning plans, managing contract obligations, and facilitating regular meetings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience in mechanical and electrical.
• Strong familiarity with construction codes related to mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with commissioning scope on 2+ data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commissioning plan and schedule.
• Oversee activities involved in turnover deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with Owner commissioning requirements.

Skills

Excellent working knowledge of system completion process

10+ years of construction experience

Well-versed in quality assurance requirements

Ability to interpret construction drawings

Education

Post-secondary degree or trade school certificate
