PCL Construction Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to support a growing national data center business unit. You will assist with subcontract administration, document control, schedule coordination, and cost reporting for multi-site projects.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of construction experience in an operational role preferred.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or equivalent.
• Understanding of HSE, drawings, specs, materials and standards as per field.

Responsibilities

• Maintains subcontract administration and defines work scope.
• Participates in change management and change orders with cost and schedule impact.
• Performs project document control (RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, as-builts).
• Coordinates with project team in design and submittal coordination.
• Reviews submittals for scope and design documentation compliance.
• Manages site reporting on cost, schedule and quality.
• Prepares progress claims and estimates.
• Tracks materials and equipment and expedites orders.
• Supports site inspections and warranty closeout activities.
